Massage & Wellness

A holistic approach to massage therapy

Every treatment starts with a 15-minute consultation, because the right massage depends on what your body is actually doing — not on what you booked.

A 15-minute consultation takes place before your first treatment, and a consultation form needs to be completed before you arrive. Other treatments are available on request — just ask.

What a first appointment looks like

We'll spend five minutes talking before anything else — what's bothering you, how you sleep, what you do all day, anything medical I should know. That conversation is what makes the massage useful rather than just pleasant.

You undress to your comfort level and stay covered throughout except for the area I'm working on. I'll check in with you as we go, and I'll explain what I'm finding — most people are surprised by where their tension actually sits.

Tell me beforehand if

  • You're pregnant, or think you might be.
  • You've had recent surgery, an injury or a fracture.
  • You take blood thinners or have a circulatory condition.
  • You're in or recently out of cancer treatment — that's a different appointment, and I'm trained for it.
